The Vendor’s actual or potential customer base.

Any profit and/or loss made or incurred by the Vendor.

The conduct or presence of competing stalls or vendors or any services or facilities operating on the premises.

CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET shall be rendered and/or deemed harmless in respect of any injury or death caused as a result or in association with the VENDOR’s stall/facilities, which the VENDOR accepts is its responsibility and shall thereby ensure that it is in safe and proper working order and devoid of any risk to patrons/customers and/or staff.

CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET shall further be rendered/deemed harmless in respect of any theft, loss, damage or otherwise alike to any of the VENDOR’s merchandise, personnel, equipment, apparel, furniture or property which occurs at any point prior, during or after an Event whether on the premises or otherwise.

CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET may require the Vendor to change their display, presentation or location, which the VENDOR shall accept and change accordingly. Non-compliance by the VENDOR shall be deemed a breach hereof and CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET reserves its right to act in accordance with the Breach clause contained herein.

BY SUBMITTING THE FORM YOU agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Market as presented by CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET and acknowledge that CROSSWAYS VILLAGE MARKET reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time upon written notice.

By submitting this application, I confirm and warrant that the products which I have listed herein will be on sale at my stall and I accept all terms and conditions associated with this application.
